Jonathan Telford

Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder

Jonathan Telford is Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder of Logiic, and is responsible for overall management strategy, client acquisition and leading our team towards achieving unprecedented asset growth and increasing investor returns over the financial cycle. With over 20 years buy and sell-side experience in trading and trader management within major institutions such as Commerzbank, UBS and BNP Paribas, Jonathan has seen first hand the evolution of public securities markets and is determined to ensure that Logiic remains at the forefront of any technological change to deliver world-beating investment returns for its clients and investors.

Jonathan also possesses a BA in Economics and MBA from Fordham University and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Alexei Kadishev

Chief Technical Officer / Co-Founder

Alexei Kadishev is Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder of Logiic spent a decade in Cornell University’s prestigious Autonomous Systems Lab performing cutting edge research on computational neuroscience, focusing on application towards improving inefficiencies in financial markets analysis and developing the theoretical framework for what would become OverMind. A chance meeting with Jonathan and Max at the Princeton Quant Trading Conference led to the opportunity to put his theoretical research into practice at Logiic, and Alexei now leads our 40-strong technical team responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the OverMind trading AI.

Alexei has a BSc from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Dominic Ansaldi

Chief Finance Officer / Senior Management

Dominic is Chief Finance Officer / Co-Founder of Logiic, responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and execution of trading in the various global markets we operate in. He spent 25 years in the middle office and risk functions of major Asian banks like CIMB, Nomura, and Mitsubishi UFJ, where he has encountered the challenges of client trade execution in periods of difficult liquidity, particularly in large financial institutions.

He also has a B.Commerce from the University of Auckland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Nick Taylor

Chief Operating Officer / Senior Management

Nick Taylor joined Logiic in 2011, managing the enterprise software division and quickly became Chief Operating Officer in 2013, following the firm’s shift to cryptocurrency development and trading. Nick has had much experience in web security and cloud computing and speaks frequently at cryptocurrency conferences across Europe. Nick Taylor has made several high profile angel investments into startups and acted as business strategist and advisor to many of these startup firms in the past years. Currently, his passion is with regards to the blockchain and how it is helping to reduce risk and uncertainty in business settings.

Nick Taylor received his MBA from The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
